Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for driving strategic growth through the development of servicer-focused partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop new business relationships with mortgage servicers and financial institutions
- Engage senior and C-level executives to present and sell HomeSafe Second as a strategic second-lien solution
- Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and execution of partnership agreements
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in the mortgage industry, focusing on business development or strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated success in selling complex mortgage or financial products to senior decision-makers
- Strong understanding of mortgage servicing operations and portfolio-based sales strategies
- Proven ability to operate independently in a high-autonomy role
- Advanced negotiation skills with experience in structuring partnership agreements
