Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Business Development Executive will prospect, pitch, and close new partner relationships while also advising high-performing entrepreneurs on business strategies and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage outbound outreach and structured sales conversations to establish new partner relationships
  • Guide high-earning real estate professionals through evaluations of investment models and drive accountability in strategy meetings
  • Develop and expand a personal book of business, with opportunities to lead a division and mentor other executives
Required qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, B2B, insurance, or real estate
  • Proven track record of success in sales and ability to engage in sophisticated conversations with business owners
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business division
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a portfolio of clients effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to following company systems and processes
