Job Summary

Driving revenue growth in a full-time remote capacity, the Business Development Executive will manage customer relationships, optimize gross margins, and deliver custom promotional products while exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and margin goals set by leadership
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with customers through proactive outreach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success and streamline sourcing and production
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven success in a sales-driven role, ideally within the promotional products industry
  • Existing relationships with promotional product distributors strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with promotional hard goods and custom product development
  • Understanding of global sourcing practices and international logistics
