Job Summary
Driving the launch and sales of a new HR Technology product, the full-time Business Development Account Executive will architect territory strategies, engage with C-level executives, and manage the entire sales lifecycle to secure new customer relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client-facing pursuits to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to secure new customer meetings and convert prospects
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities from lead generation to contracting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Proven success as a sales hunter and closer in a greenfield environment
- Experience launching and selling new B2B solutions is preferred
- Strong ability to engage with executives and decision-makers
