Job Summary

To drive direct client acquisition across Texas, Tennessee, and North Carolina, the full-time Business Development Executive will build a robust referral network with healthcare facilities and social service professionals while guiding families through complex Medicaid decisions in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a high-value referral network with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and other relevant partners
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective client families to understand their Medicaid situations and present services empathetically
  • Onboard new clients and maintain ongoing relationships with referral partners to ensure a consistent flow of referrals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience in B2C or consultative environments, preferably in senior care or related fields
  • Experience in building referral networks with healthcare providers or social workers
  • Must reside in Dallas, Houston, or Austin (TX); Nashville (TN); or Raleigh/Durham (NC)
  • Ability to connect with families in crisis and guide them through decision-making processes
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a multi-stage pipeline of referrals and clients
