Job Summary
To support a growing B2B sales team, the full-time remote Business Development Executive will drive growth by promoting and selling memberships and products to schools and educational organizations across Australia, while managing inbound inquiries and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and lead generation activities
- Convert inbound inquiries into paying customers and promote Twinkl's products to educators and school leaders
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Australian education sector and meet monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, ideally within Education, EdTech, SaaS, or a consultative sales environment
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using CRM systems is desirable
