Job Summary

Expanding Sonic Boom's market presence, the full-time remote Business Development Executive will identify and develop revenue opportunities, manage relationships with consulting firms, and drive sales through a consultative approach.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and win new business opportunities while expanding market presence
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, and closing contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive retention and growth
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5+ years of sales industry experience
  • 3+ years in the insurance/benefit, healthcare, or wellness sales industry
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
