Job Summary

Driving the initial sales of a new HR Technology product, the full-time Business Development Account Executive will architect and execute a territory strategy to secure new customer meetings and build long-term relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead client-facing pursuits to drive new product adoption and revenue
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities from lead generation to contract negotiation
  • Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to deliver tailored sales strategies
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Proven track record as a sales hunter and closer in a greenfield environment
  • Experience launching and selling a new B2B solution is preferred
  • Strong ability to navigate and close deals with executives and decision-makers
