Job Summary
Building relationships with business owners and service providers, the full-time Business Development Executive will act as a trusted advisor to recommend solutions, lead consultative sales conversations, and consistently meet key performance indicators while working remotely from Ontario, Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with business owners, dealers, and service providers across North America
- Lead consultative sales conversations to create long-term partnerships and onboard new members
- Collaborate with teammates to improve processes, messaging, and business development strategies
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
- Curiosity and ability to ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs
- Coachability and a desire for continuous improvement
