Job Summary

To drive client growth in the Americas region, the full-time Business Development Executive will develop and secure a pipeline of new opportunities, build relationships with clients, and lead consultative sales efforts focused on custom software and digital transformation services.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business and IT executives at target enterprise clients through networking and outbound selling strategies
  • Consultatively sell product design, custom software, and managed services while shaping customer strategic decision-making to generate long-term opportunities
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, coordinating with delivery teams and partners to tailor offerings to client needs
Required qualifications
  • Over 15 years of experience in consultative selling within the digital transformation and custom application development sectors
  • Proven track record of closing $10M+ enterprise deals and leading complex sales cycles
  • Expertise in technology trends, cloud solutions, and agile methodologies
  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders using a consultative approach
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to lead strategic pursuits within the organization
