Business Development Graduate

Job Summary

To support a growing nonprofit focused on gender-based violence, the full-time Business Development Graduate will engage in fundraising, grant applications, and donor communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research funding opportunities and prepare grant applications and proposals
• Maintain accurate records of funding applications, deadlines, and reporting requirements
• Support donor communications and the coordination of fundraising events

Required qualifications

• Recent graduate in humanities, social sciences, international development, business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar digital tools
• Experience with research and summarizing complex information clearly
• Understanding of intersectionality and systems of oppression
