Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Lead to build and manage the business development function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess ICP fit, qualify accounts, and engage in multi-threaded conversations
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across various channels and generate qualified pipeline
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain detailed records in CRM and sales tools
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development at a SaaS company
  • Experience building pipeline from scratch in a startup or new segment
  • Proficiency with sales engagement platforms and lead-generation tools
  • Understanding of email deliverability and related best practices
  • Strong ability to research, personalize, and engage cold accounts
