Key Responsibilities

• Devise and execute strategies for market penetration and sustainable growth
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance market reach
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align product roadmap with partnership needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or related fields
• Deep understanding of the DeFi regulatory and business environment
• Comfort with complex technical products and ability to align them with market needs
• Demonstrated leadership ability and capacity to inspire confidence
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin or Spanish is a plus
