Job Summary
A company is looking for a BDR Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and maintain KPIs and compensation plans focused on revenue outcomes
- Deliver high-performing B2B lead generation campaigns and manage lead data from acquisition to conversion
- Capture and develop new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting and collaboration with sales and marketing
Required Qualifications
- Experience using CRM for prospecting, automation, and reporting, with Hubspot CRM experience being a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with tools like Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clay
- Good familiarity with AI tools and their applications
- Experience in devtools, cloud infrastructure, or cloud security
