Job Summary

A company is looking for a BDR Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and maintain KPIs and compensation plans focused on revenue outcomes
  • Deliver high-performing B2B lead generation campaigns and manage lead data from acquisition to conversion
  • Capture and develop new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting and collaboration with sales and marketing
Required Qualifications
  • Experience using CRM for prospecting, automation, and reporting, with Hubspot CRM experience being a plus
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with tools like Amplemarket, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clay
  • Good familiarity with AI tools and their applications
  • Experience in devtools, cloud infrastructure, or cloud security
