Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Lead, Channel Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and activate referral partners, including agents and technology solution distributors
- Develop relationships within technology solution distributors to drive engagement and pipeline generation
- Manage partner performance and increase revenue contribution across the referral base
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or indirect revenue growth
- Prior experience recruiting and managing referral or partner ecosystems
- Experience working with industry associations or buying groups preferred
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with measurable revenue targets
