Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Lead, Channel Growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate referral partners, including agents and technology solution distributors
  • Develop relationships within technology solution distributors to drive engagement and pipeline generation
  • Manage partner performance and increase revenue contribution across the referral base
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or indirect revenue growth
  • Prior experience recruiting and managing referral or partner ecosystems
  • Experience working with industry associations or buying groups preferred
  • Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with measurable revenue targets
