Key Responsibilities

• Lead price modeling, operating budgets, and staffing models for real estate projects
• Develop professional-quality materials for proposals and participate in client meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in finance, consulting, or analytics
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate outsourcing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Expert level analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
