Job Summary
Business Development Lead is a full-time position focused on driving growth in the pharma and biotech market by identifying and closing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating internally to align sales strategies with market needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close business opportunities in the pharma and biotech sectors
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients' R&D and data teams throughout the sales process
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM and contribute to forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology sales within the pharma or biotech industry
- Familiarity with research or R&D teams in pharma or biotech settings
- Interest in genetics or genomics, supported by academic or professional experience
- Degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
