Job Summary

Seeking a high-impact, full-time Business Development Lead, the candidate will drive Microsoft-aligned sales strategies, engage with Microsoft field sellers, and develop high-value sales relationships, all while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Intune
  • Establish structured engagement models with Microsoft's Enterprise and SME&C teams to enhance collaboration
  • Track and report on the performance of Microsoft-related sales initiatives and lead joint discussions with Microsoft
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales roles, particularly in cloud computing, IT services, or SaaS solutions
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially within the U.S. SME&C segment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with external organizations
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing pipelines and tracking performance
