Job Summary
To drive growth in the West Coast marketplace, the full-time Business Development Lead will identify and build long-term relationships within the events industry, manage and mentor a high-performing team, and develop exclusive partnerships, all while working remotely from Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and build long-term relationships with partners across the events and experiences industry
- Manage, mentor, and develop the West Coast Business Development team to achieve performance targets
- Proactively source event producers and venue operators to enhance the marketplace inventory
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, ticketing, media sales, or experiential marketing
- Strong understanding of the West Coast live events landscape
- Proven experience in negotiating revenue share deals
- Experience managing and mentoring a team
- Highly organized and proficient in CRM usage
