Job Summary

To drive growth in the West Coast marketplace, the full-time Business Development Lead will identify and build long-term relationships within the events industry, manage and mentor a high-performing team, and develop exclusive partnerships, all while working remotely from Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and build long-term relationships with partners across the events and experiences industry
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the West Coast Business Development team to achieve performance targets
  • Proactively source event producers and venue operators to enhance the marketplace inventory
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, ticketing, media sales, or experiential marketing
  • Strong understanding of the West Coast live events landscape
  • Proven experience in negotiating revenue share deals
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Highly organized and proficient in CRM usage
