Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive net-new revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion of current accounts
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and qualification to contract negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or senior account executive role
  • Proven track record of success in a PLG (Product-Led Growth) company
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience selling/managing pipelines with both transactional and consultative deals
  • Ability to work independently and drive results within a cross-functional team environment
