Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive net-new revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion of current accounts
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and qualification to contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or senior account executive role
- Proven track record of success in a PLG (Product-Led Growth) company
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience selling/managing pipelines with both transactional and consultative deals
- Ability to work independently and drive results within a cross-functional team environment
