Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development / Origination Manager (Poland).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full deal lifecycle from sourcing to closing
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
- Monitor pipeline health and contribute to improvements in CRM and lead generation processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
- Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
- Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
- Familiarity with real estate closing processes is a plus
- Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR/NPV is preferred
