Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development / Origination Manager (Poland).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full deal lifecycle from sourcing to closing
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Monitor pipeline health and contribute to improvements in CRM and lead generation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end
  • Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management
  • Familiarity with real estate closing processes is a plus
  • Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR/NPV is preferred
