Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Pricing & Risk - Business Development Manager (Enterprise Deal Team).

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial modeling for multi-million-dollar real estate outsourcing pursuits, including budgeting and fee analysis
• Interact with clients during meetings and negotiations while supporting business development activities
• Develop customized materials for new pursuits and manage financial information reporting related to business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, consulting, or analytics
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles, with the ability to analyze data for innovative solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and a sophisticated inquisitive mentality
