Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager for Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate large corporate new business across Europe and manage SME & large corporate accounts in the Netherlands, Germany, and Austria
• Support client retention for large and SME cases in dedicated markets
• Lead Tier 1 broker relationships and develop detailed broker strategy plans

Required Qualifications

• A relevant educational degree or diploma
• Strong sales and account management background with experience in a B2B environment
• Experience in the IPMI market and understanding of expatriate and global mobility markets
• Prior relationship management experience in a B2B marketplace
• Fluency in English and Dutch, with a third foreign language preferred
