Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer value-centric engagements to align strategic priorities and develop digital transformation roadmaps
• Collaborate with sales teams to pursue new opportunities, develop tailored presentations, and support closing efforts
• Develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases, modeling financial benefits and ROI projections

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in discrete manufacturing, consulting, or software solutions
• Experience in the Federal Aero & Defense Industry
• University degree required; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
• Majors in Engineering, Business, or Manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of enterprise software, implementation, and governance is desirable
