Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDR Manager) to lead and scale a team of outbound sales developers focused on generating qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline and meeting goals
  • Refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing to increase engagement and conversion
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales, FMM, ABM, and CX teams to ensure account alignment and messaging consistency
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with a proven record of driving pipeline generation
  • Track record of building successful BDR teams and scaling pipeline generation
  • Strong ability to build trust across GTM teams and influence without authority
  • Deep experience with outbound prospecting strategies and account-based selling
  • Operational mindset with an ability to use data to diagnose and improve performance
