Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to oversee the operations of its business development team within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive coaching to a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on the sales process
  • Develop and implement best practice operating strategies for the business development team
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to monitor progress and provide feedback for professional development
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within a B2B context, preferably in SaaS and/or industrial sales
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on team coaching and development
  • Proficiency in tracking and forecasting sales pipeline and revenue growth
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
