Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - New Business to establish and expand its footprint in leadership development and outplacement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage current relationships, ensuring account growth and client retention
  • Generate new business by targeting and winning net new customers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership development and outplacement, understanding client needs and scoping projects
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of selling experience in solutions including outplacement and leadership
  • 5+ years of experience selling to Human Resources departments or equivalent
  • Proven track record in prospecting and business development for both new and current accounts
  • Comfortable working with C-level executives and managing relationships with mid- and senior-level HR executives
  • Currently resides in Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, Texas, or Washington state
