Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - New Business to establish and expand its footprint through relationship management and new business generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage current relationships, ensuring account growth, renewal, and client retention
  • Generate new business by targeting potential clients and converting leads into customers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership development and outplacement to understand client needs and propose solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in selling solutions, particularly in outplacement and leadership development
  • Proven track record in prospecting and business development for both new and existing accounts
  • Experience selling to Human Resources departments or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of career management, coaching, and leadership development
  • Must reside in Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, Texas, or Washington state
