Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - New Business to establish and expand its footprint through managing relationships, generating new business, and serving as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage current relationships, ensuring growth, profitability, and client retention
  • Generate new business by targeting and acquiring new customers for leadership development and outplacement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in selling solutions related to outplacement and/or leadership
  • Experience selling to Human Resources departments or equivalent
  • Proven track record in prospecting and business development for both new and current accounts
  • Extensive relationships with mid- and senior-level HR executives
  • Current residency in Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, Texas, or Washington state
