Job Summary

A company is looking for a BDR Manager to lead and develop the Business Development Representative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and train BDRs to generate new business and closed revenue
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to enhance lead management and sales processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant SaaS experience
  • 2+ years of individual contributor sales/BDR experience
  • 1+ year of team building or management experience
  • Experience with demand generation tools
  • Familiarity with documentation and pipeline management tools
