Job Summary
A company is looking for a BDR Manager to lead and develop the Business Development Representative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire and train BDRs to generate new business and closed revenue
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to enhance lead management and sales processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant SaaS experience
- 2+ years of individual contributor sales/BDR experience
- 1+ year of team building or management experience
- Experience with demand generation tools
- Familiarity with documentation and pipeline management tools
