Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development & Broker Relations Manager to drive growth and expand its presence across key channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute annual business plans to meet sales, profit, and distribution goals
- Lead joint business planning, promotional strategy, and contract negotiations with brokers, distributors, and customers
- Co-manage the broker network, setting expectations and reviewing performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years in CPG sales, broker management, or key account management
- Proven success in managing brokers/distributors and achieving sales and profitability targets
- Experience with major retailers such as KeHE, UNFI-Naturals, or Amazon is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with syndicated data (Circana)
- Skilled negotiator with financial acumen and trade management experience
