Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager for the Restaurant/Food Service, Hospitality, and Grocery/Retail markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop action plans for market expansion and new account acquisition
• Compile a database of prospective customers and conduct market analysis to enhance customer base
• Create and manage L2 KPI's, presenting findings in monthly reviews with the VP Sales

Required Qualifications

• BS in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in high-level sales within the relevant markets
• Experience in negotiating and planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Experience working in a team environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
