Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager focused on Layer 1 Blockchain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic outreach and deal flow with Layer 1/L2 chains and infrastructure protocols
• Represent the company in cross-chain alliance discussions and support BD engagements from initial discussions to formal agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to design developer campaigns and foster ecosystem engagement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development or partnerships experience in Layer 1/L2 Blockchain projects
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and validator economics
• Established network of relationships within the L1/L2 ecosystem
• Proven track record of successful partnerships leading to delivered products or initiatives
• Experience with AI tools or protocol-level integrations is a bonus
