Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager (Remote, US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, onboard, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives focused on trial activation and engagement
  • Design and operationalize engagement playbooks that guide prospects from awareness into trials
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine engagement strategies to improve conversion and activation
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or growth roles in B2B SaaS
  • Prior experience managing and scaling customer-facing teams
  • Experience working within PLG, trial-led, or hybrid GTM models
  • Comfortable operating with data, signals, and performance metrics to guide decisions
  • Understanding of buyer behavior and trust-building before purchase decisions
