Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager Non-QM.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and negotiate partnerships to close the Smart Series Suite of products
Train internal and external customers on processes and products
Identify and resolve roadblocks in the loan closing process

Required Qualifications

College degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of mortgage experience
Minimum of 3 years of non-QM experience
Experience as a mortgage sales or sales assistant preferred
Ability to structure loans
