Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Business Development Representatives to lead and develop a high-performing team of BDRs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10-11 BDRs, conducting regular performance reviews and skill-based coaching
- Oversee hybrid inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, ensuring accountability for pipeline sourcing and activity standards
- Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements and maintain strong partnerships with sales leadership for pipeline management
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing BDRs, SDRs, or sales development teams is preferred
- Deep knowledge of outbound prospecting and pipeline creation
- Strong analytical skills to translate metrics into actionable insights
- Proven track record of driving performance through structured coaching
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
