Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Business Development Representatives to lead and develop a high-performing team of BDRs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 10-11 BDRs, conducting regular performance reviews and skill-based coaching
  • Oversee hybrid inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, ensuring accountability for pipeline sourcing and activity standards
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements and maintain strong partnerships with sales leadership for pipeline management
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing BDRs, SDRs, or sales development teams is preferred
  • Deep knowledge of outbound prospecting and pipeline creation
  • Strong analytical skills to translate metrics into actionable insights
  • Proven track record of driving performance through structured coaching
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
