Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Leader for the Government (Public Sector).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within government agencies
- Build and manage a government sales pipeline from lead generation to contract award
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government decision-makers and program managers
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the government/public sector
- Proven track record of winning and growing government contracts
- Strong knowledge of government procurement and contracting processes
- Experience selling IT services, staffing, consulting, or technology solutions to government clients
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and long sales cycles
