Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager focused on the EU market in a B2B capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to decision-makers at tech-forward companies
  • Research target accounts and schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and generate 10+ Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) monthly
Required Qualifications
  • Proven 2+ years of B2B sales development or business development experience
  • Experience selling to Corporate Education, EdTech, SaaS, or HR Tech sectors
  • Track record of exceeding meeting quotas and performing as a top performer
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and targeting Mid-Market & ENT companies
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
