Job Summary
A company is looking for a BDR Manager to lead its outbound sales development function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives, focusing on coaching and performance optimization
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies and refine qualification frameworks tailored to buyer personas
- Oversee key BDR metrics and maintain Salesforce data accuracy while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5-7 years of experience in sales development or inside sales, with 2-3 years managing a BDR/SDR team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team quotas and developing high-performing teams
- Experience in complex B2B sales environments, preferably with government procurement exposure
- Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to analyze pipeline health
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
