Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development & Sales Enablement Manager (MDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Improve MDR pipeline quality by enhancing BDR onboarding and qualification processes
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires and outsourced BDR partners
- Develop and maintain sales assets and lead ongoing sales enablement sessions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, business development, or sales training
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS or technology sales teams
- Proven ability to enable BDRs, sellers, and partners
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger
- Comfort using data to measure effectiveness and drive improvement
