Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development & Sales Enablement Manager (MDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve MDR pipeline quality by enhancing BDR onboarding and qualification processes
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires and outsourced BDR partners
  • Develop and maintain sales assets and lead ongoing sales enablement sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, business development, or sales training
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or technology sales teams
  • Proven ability to enable BDRs, sellers, and partners
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger
  • Comfort using data to measure effectiveness and drive improvement
