Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through leadership and active sales contributions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top-performing sales professionals while leading and mentoring the sales team
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline to achieve individual revenue targets and build strong relationships with key prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute sales strategies and identify new market opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science, marketing, communications, business, or a relevant field preferred
  • 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in Education Technology, SaaS, or Publishing
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and individual sales performance
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining a hands-on approach to sales
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales technology
