Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and manage affiliate and strategic partner relationships to drive lead generation
- Monitor partner performance, optimize lead quality, and ensure economic targets are met
- Source new partnership opportunities and lead negotiations on commercial terms
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management
- Proven success in driving lead generation and managing partner economics
- Strong comfort with numbers and financial trade-offs
- Experience in sourcing and negotiating partner relationships independently
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
