Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to build, coach, and scale its outbound and inbound pipeline generation engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing BDR team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and providing continuous feedback
  • Own BDR-sourced pipeline performance, ensuring consistent quota attainment through effective outbound execution and inbound qualification
  • Define and optimize go-to-market execution by refining outbound strategies, messaging, and qualification standards in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in BDR/SDR, sales development, or related revenue roles
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring BDRs/SDRs for 2+ years
  • Experience selling or prospecting into enterprise or Fortune 500 accounts
  • Knowledge or strong interest in open source, machine learning, and AI assistants
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern prospecting tools
