Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner - Business Development Manager to expand their ERP channel partner ecosystem in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute targeted outreach and campaigns to recruit ERP reseller partners in manufacturing
  • Lead meetings with prospective partners, including C-suite executives, to discuss program structure
  • Manage and maintain a partner recruitment pipeline aligned with predefined selection criteria
Required Qualifications
  • Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders in business development or partner management
  • Experience with software reseller business models, including sales and service delivery
  • Experience managing pipeline development or partner acquisition processes
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving Sales, Product, or Marketing teams
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer
