Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager for Home Improvement Lending in the Southwest Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline for identifying and engaging key contacts at target companies
• Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant development content and facilitate partner onboarding
• Stay informed about the competitive environment and recommend strategic changes to maintain competitiveness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in the home improvement lending industry
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and managing lead lists
• Knowledge of P&L and banking/financing profitability
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams within a matrixed organization
