Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities in the TV and Film production space.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a team of business development representatives while establishing scalable processes
• Identify prospective clients and maintain the contact database within HubSpot
• Respond to inbound inquiries and support the sales team with proposals and tracking

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Knowledge of production workflow and entertainment studio structure
• Experience managing a team and creating cross-organizational processes
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or a comparable platform
• Experience in the entertainment or production industry is strongly preferred
