Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager in Zagreb.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Conduct outreach to key decision-makers and perform cost-benefit analysis with existing/potential partners
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience and provide feedback on market trends
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success
- Fluency in Croatian, English, and an additional language is a bonus
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage time effectively
- Curiosity and a desire for continuous growth and development
