Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and execute outbound campaigns to target ideal customer profiles and manage inbound leads
- Conduct discovery calls to identify client challenges and align them with the company's services
- Lead proposal creation and manage the sales pipeline from opportunity to close
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in business development or sales leadership roles in B2B services
- Proven experience managing full-cycle sales with deal sizes of $50K-$250K+
- Experience in structuring complex deals, including retainers and enterprise engagements
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach platforms
- Knowledge of branding, UX/UI, and development services preferred
