Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and execute outbound campaigns to target ideal customer profiles and manage inbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify client challenges and align them with the company's services
  • Lead proposal creation and manage the sales pipeline from opportunity to close
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in business development or sales leadership roles in B2B services
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle sales with deal sizes of $50K-$250K+
  • Experience in structuring complex deals, including retainers and enterprise engagements
  • Familiarity with CRM and outreach platforms
  • Knowledge of branding, UX/UI, and development services preferred
