Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager (B2B, EU&US Market).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close strategic partnerships with enterprise organizations and institutions across Europe and the United States
  • Manage a pipeline of 20-40 strategic partnership opportunities to expand learning programs
  • Lead full-cycle partnership sales processes, engaging with C-level executives and multiple stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales
  • Experience managing enterprise or institutional partnerships with deal sizes of $100K-$1M+
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills
  • Genuine interest in AI, technology, education, and workforce transformation
