Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager (B2B, EU&US Market).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close strategic partnerships with enterprise and mid-market companies, government institutions, universities, and technology partners
  • Build and manage a pipeline of 20-40 strategic partnership opportunities to expand programs
  • Lead full-cycle partnership and enterprise sales processes from market discovery to program launch
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales
  • Experience managing enterprise partnerships with sales cycles of 4-9 months
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills, with experience closing multi-stakeholder partnerships
  • Genuine interest in AI, technology, education, and workforce transformation
